I went to a flaming lips concert the other night and the lead singer had a video camera in his microphone which projected against a screen behind him. Cool stuff.
I just finished putting together the last of the furniture for our future son’s room. I built this one pack-n-play that was very fancy will all sorts of gadgets on it with no instruction manual. It took me about an hour to figure it out. Then, to make matters worse, after I got finished putting together a swing, I noticed some black marks on it. This thing was totally used. Someone used it, put it back in the box and returned it. I’m frustrated. Time to go play with Jenny & Rigley to make my day better.
It was a blowout as Texas defeated Rice. I went to the game with Josh & Jason again and then for beers after the beginning of the fourth quarter. Texas was up 58 to 7 at the time and all of the B team was on the field so there was no reason to stay. UT games are really the only exciting sports in Austin given that we have no professional teams.
